  2.       Hello Everyone.

  4.       Some of you may recall a message I posted to this list back
  5.       in January...
  6.  
  7.       I proposed the creation of a small "Idea Group".  A list
  8.       where us developers could throw some ideas around,
  9.       deal with issues such as concept and design, and all the
  10.       subjective aspects that must be dealt with before we can
  11.       proceed to the implementation phase.  Basically, just a
  12.       lot of BSing that hopefully produces some interesting
  13.       game-designs, expands and solidifies raw "ideas", provides new
  14.       twists on old play-mechanics/genres, etc.

  16.      Of course, we can get into program code as well if there's an
  17.      interest.  In fact, while I don't think "holy wars" over which 
  18.      language is better would be very productive, I have no problem
  19.      with discussing the porting of code from one language to
  20.      another or any other issues which are useful to developers.

  23.     Anyway, I have set up this list: brainstorming@coollist.com

  25.     I am using the Coollist server which seems to be able to
  26.     handle all of our needs (spam control, fast servers, etc).
